"This is a romantic and nostalgic declaration of love to the New York I grew up with through the movies as a child and later experienced as a 19-year old in East Village. New York was the ultimate place were everything seemed to happen, celebrating a uniqueness and diversity that was breathtaking too me. The streets were filled with people that looked so effortless cool being themselves and that is also what Mini Rodini is about.
This collection is a cast of different film personalities. Like the bubble-gum colored high school comedy sporty look in true 80’s spirit, The intellectual and nerdy Woody Allen look, The 70’s bohemian anti-Vietnam war kid and the preppy Love Story student. All set around Central Park and New York."
